Wine Bar Manager

The Local Wine Bar is a new apre wine bar opened in Hirafu in December 2022. The intimate venue seats maximum 20 guests and we are looking for experienced, fun loving staff to take the bar to next level in 2023.

Responsibilities

  • Bar and food Service
  • Stock control and ordering
  • Daily / weekly cash up
  • Staff management and rostering
  • Managing payments and ordering via a POS system
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management relating to the Bar

Requirements

  • Able to work quickly and efficiently
  • Previous bar / hospitality experience
  • Understanding of wine and willing to learn
  • Outgoing and able to deal with international guests.
  • Able to work well both individually and as part of a team
  • Valid work visa
