Niseko Jobs

Explore Niseko is the heart and pulse of Niseko and there is not a season that goes past that I don't think about the possibility of returning to do another season.

As a lodge manager, I found the experience challenging, exciting and that once in a life time job. The explore team where really supportive and made my time there even more unforgettable, I couldn't recommend a better team to work for.

Niseko, Japan in one word was phenomenal. Doing a season in Niseko ended up being so much more fun and thrilling than I expected. The amazing powder mixed with the beautiful Japanese culture made it one of the best experiences to date. The fantastic work environment, great team and ride friendly job at Explore Niseko made it 10 times better.

My decision to do a working holiday in Niseko was the best choice I have ever made. Waking up and knowing you are going to ride the best snow in the world never gets old. I'm so glad i got to be a part of the Explore team as it provided the perfect balance between work and play, and you will have a hard time finding a better boss.
