Join our visitor centre sales team and create the holiday of a lifetime for our guests with our huge range of exciting activities

Our job is to identify the needs of our customer, inform them of the huge range of activities which we can offer and guide them to booking the most suitable activity.

  • Assisting guests in booking activities
  • Offering general information to guests
  • Confirming bookings with suppliers via email or telephone
  • Processing bookings and payment via Explore Niseko point of sale system
  • Updating products on our website, point of sale system and other systems
  • Updating social media and other media channels
  • Merchandise sales
  • Managing supplier relationships

Requirements

  • Capable skier or snowboarder
  • Enthusiastic about snow sports
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Team player
  • Ski resort and retail experience preferred
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Must have or be eligible for a Japanese Working Holiday Visa
