Reporting To: Explore Transfers Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all inbound transfer bookings via email, phone, and booking systems
- Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to confirm and deliver services efficiently
- Maintain and update booking systems, including PMS and transport platforms
- Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and special requests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide clear, professional, and customer-focused communication to guests and travel agents
- Monitor daily operations and proactively resolve service-related issues
- Support revenue optimisation through upselling and cross-selling Explore Niseko products and services
- Assist with reporting, reconciliation, and administrative tasks related to transfer bookings as required
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- English and Japanese language proficiency essential
- Previous reservations, transport coordination, or hospitality experience is advantageous
Working Hours
This role operates on a seasonal schedule in line with business demands. Example working hours are as follows:
- Summer: 09:00 – 18:00
- Winter: 13:00 – 20:00
Flexibility is required during peak operational periods.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting monthly salary: ¥280,000
